Creating a realistic seabed for an imported heightmap

Hello there,
I have made the outlines for an island (see screenshot) and now wanted to create a realistic seabed for the heightmap. I know how to import a heightmap into WM and apply erosion but I don't manage to get the results I want while keeping the desired shape. Any help is much appreciated :)
