You have to make it up-side-down then export it as a mesh.

I'm with Bob, but you could try to make a flat surface and project it on a cylinder. Will certainly need some fine tuning and you certainly need a cap.

I could be wrong but, I don't think that you could make this in WM because it has undercutting which you can't incorporate in to a grayscale heightmap.
