:P Oh Cor!  WM2 and TG2 and Kerkythea all bringing out new releases all at roughly the same time.  Time, time, not enough time for those in work.   But for the wrinklies of this world still not enough time.  But deep joy in anticipation.  8)  Thanks Stephen.

Well welcome, I assume you saved the bmp from the output device. If so it is 8 bit.  I have absolutely no idea what Vue 5 Esprit expects as input but are you sure it will accept 8bit bmp. Others will help that understand Vue 5 since I have never used it. Sorry for being a twit.

QuoteI dont understand why when I press 'write output to disk' that nothing happens

As Fil mentioned are you sure you are setting up the file path to your Terragen directory BEFORE you generate your terrain otherwise when you attempt to write the file to your hard disk it has no where to go.

Whoops, sorry, forgot to trim down screen grab!

Understand this, I'm pretty useless at using World Machine and equally using Terragen. Bearing this in mind I thought I would give you a laugh...http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrowse.asp?folder_id=1667610
