Theres a difference in quality i guess...
Never seen WM raytracing mudbox would...
If your going for screenshots or animation i would stick to a secondary program

Putting animation inside worldmachine would mean you should have a renderer emplemented to
How else would you get your screenshot/animation to be spot on perfect.

I think many people would like to see many programs roled into one.
But isnt that were your game engine/mudbox/3dsmax/maya are for?

I read a lot of ideas and if remnant added them all, he woulf have an engine himself :P
With probably more options then cry or uni..
Would be funny though

My guess would be that normal maps always has some extra information

For a heightmap it uses greyscale colors: 2 tones to build a map
And for a normal map it uses 3 colors wich means more precised calculations

dont know if this makes any sence
Its just a thought

Hey i remade my cavitymap maker, i hope it works well
Be gentle on the colors and blur, you can make it overlay or just extract a map

It uses an altered version of the roughness selector made by Jonathan

Let me know if somwthing is not right
I will fix it ASAP ( remember this is a beta version, i am still doing research how to improve the outcome)

Sinds i just had my license, i start to think that it might be speed up a little
Because now i font have to rebuilt every macro i make :D

Meaning more time and care will be put into them even more
My house is 80% done so just flooring and furniture :)

That should be easy to do
Ill think of that
The encyclopedializer has a pastal tint to it so comic should be to hard
Maybe splatmaps could be used for actual splats of paint

Like this idea very much

Im still on my phone so "Messages" tab seems very small to me

I wrote faulty steps in this lesson they have been changed
Also future lessons will be checked twice

There are some other threads on this form regarding this issue...
I think it had something to do with erosion that didnt match correctly
It also had a workaround involved

But do you want a shrinkwrap / sperical environment?
Or planar?

If what you mean is do tiled build edges act like a shrink wrap,no they dont
