What is going on here?
Why can I not connect to bitmap output?

Good question -- that certainly doesn't seem right. What version of WM is this? Are there any easy steps to replicate?

Thank you for reply.

I am running WM 3.0.dev3 pro 64.
This behavior can be replicated.  Just put a Advanced perlin first.
I was not sure if it was possible to connect devices like that.

Cheers!

I've replicated this -- a fix will be in the next version
