Several graphical/UI issues I've encountered

A few things I've encountered:

1) When viewing a Mesh Output node, after building a terrain with resolution larger then 513x513, nothing shows up in the 3D view.

2) The little red line "bypass device" visual displays immediately on/off when right-clicking on device and turning it on/off there, but when using the hot key "b" it does not display until the mouse moves over (or off of) the node.

3) Deleting a "Basic Coverage" or "Simple Layer" macro zooms the node graph all the way out (as if you had done a Ctrl-A and hit the space bar to do a "zoom to fit" on all).  There might have been another node that caused this behavior also, but I forgot to note which one.
*EDIT:  I remembered what else was causing similar behavior--it's when leaving a macro and going back to the "Top level" tab, the view always zooms all the way back out. IMO it would be nice if it kept the previous zoom and pan location on the network as when you entered the macro.
