To reproduce, put a noise (or any generator) inside a macro and put that macro in a group which is set to local space. Enter the macro and notice that the noise will not be set to local space as it should. If you connect that noise with any other devices in the macro then it conflicts with local space (as expected) and fails to build from that point and beyond.
