So if you will open example world - you will see no menu with nodes above
I am not seeing this one, so it makes me wonder if it is hardware specific.

I’m not sure why opening an example is hiding your toolbar - it shouldn’t, and I can’t replicate that behavior.
You can right-click in the workview and turn it back on (check “Show device toolbar”)
One potential contributing factor: By default, the toolbar is turned off for additional workview windows that you open. If you split the view, the second viewpane will not a have a toolbar…

Maybe it is really not a bug, and just me accidentally pressed this option in context menu
Because trying to re-produce this issue also do not give me same result today
