So if you will draw something in localspace of Shape node, you will lost ability to set background value

O, sorry, ye - i understand now - due to that it is not possible to set Shape node to localspace without Contant device - Contant block ability to adjust Background value

So problem is that Shape node do not possible to set to LocalSpace wihout constant connected

The Shapes device actually should support localspace - some framework limitations previously prevented that.

In the interim, the blocker was improved, so the next version will allow you to toggle it successfully, which also should provide improved feedback on what’s happening if you mis-connect the existing background input.
