If you will set Group outside of macro and will set it spatial type to LocalSpace - all devices inside will become LocalSpaced
But if you will try to do it inside macro - all devices ignore Group Spatial settings
It is bad, because you need to set up LocalSpace type in each node by hand inside macros, bruuuuuuh
I’ll take a look at this, as it is a significant issue for macro creation!
Update: I cannot replicate this here. Combined with the other inside group issue you reported, I suspect there may be an underlying joint issue, so a repro world or steps would be very helpful.

I was not able to replicate this in a fresh project, but I just encountered it when editing an example world, which should help track this down.
This is the same source of bug as the other reported issue (4049 - Group color can not be configured inside Macros - #6 by Stephen ) , and is fixed with it in the next maintenance release.
