Currently, when using a tracing image png (e.g. lines on a transparent background showing the shape of a planned landscape) it will show transparent pixels as black, making it hard to tell what you are working with, because the black masks the built-in height colors. This can be worked around with somewhat by decreasing the opacity of the tracing image to a low amount but that makes the lines hard to see as well.
