I get this message when clicking on ‘help’ in the preferences pane. Help works for most other things, (except the macro documentation which I believe was reported by someone else)
Confirmed. Those buttons will be fixed. 
I also get this when hitting F1 just about anywhere. Especially when a device is selected,
I would expect to get the device reference instead
