When you right click on a node it would give a color option with a basic color picker. Could help with organization. I know you can already color groups but I can think of a few situations it would be useful in; such as finding a few specific nodes (that are a far distance away from each other) in complex graphs that you are having to move back and forth between. It would be somewhat cleaner than having a floating group for one or two nodes in a single section.
