clamp on tiled terrain - sigh

ok so the clamp really effects the tiled output in a bad way…the blending between tiles is very visable and pretty much destroys the terrain. I guess im going to have to really set up a 64bit system to get around the issue(rendering at 8k)…Im hoping that maybe in the future there will be a work around. I guess I could output certain steps to an 8k image…but this means kinda messing with my work flow…anyway any tips for getting around it would be cool

its been really quite here…i wonder what everyone is up too
cheers

Clamp should only cause problems when Normalize Input is turned on.
As an alternative, you can normalize your terrain by adding another clamp dedicated to normalization before the existing clamp. In this new device, you press find extends and that’s it.

thanks nikita,
i should have been more clear…i allready saw another post with somone having the same problem…you said the same thing there…i did that and now the terrain renders fine…
big thanks for helping so much
