constant crash on exporting tiles

Hello!
I am running into this issue…
I have a terrain split up in 8x8 tiles, each with a resolution of 2017x2017 (and I want to increase it)
But WM crashes even when I just select three or less tiles.
When I decrease the resolution to ± 1024x1024, WM seems to build the tiles fine.
The problem is that I even want to increase the resolution per tile to 4096x4096. If WM crashes already at 2017, then I am worried that it currently seems to be impossible to export tiles at high resolution.
Any ideas what could go wrong here??

just tracked down the issue…
Looks like WM doesn’t like it when I use the flowmap of an erosion device somewhere else in my flow.
Disconnect that one, seems to fix it. Although, I stil dont understand why the build completes at 1024 resolution or when I do a single build without the tiling.
Only tile build at 2000+ causes issues.
Still looking for a solution.
