Displace from Normals (on Meshes)?

While working on this, I thought of something I’d like to see for meshes at least, inside WM.

I really have to dig up the info on the normal usage of Displace from Normals on Meshes in 3D apps. I just sort of assume that if you have a mesh, this is a reasonable feature to expect.

I could be totally wrong, but it doesn’t hurt to ask about it.
