I bought WM at June 23, but still have get no email. I used the tracking optiion of Kagi, there all is right, except the download link is missing. I mailed to support of WM at June 25.
No answer, nothing!
May be, he is in holiday or so. How long does it usual take, to get the link?

I don’t know anymore how long it has taken, but it was less than 2 days…
I was registered before the current system was setup, so I’m not positive how it works. But my understanding is that Stephen should not have to be directly involved in the order process at all, in most cases. I believe it’s Kagi who should have given you a download link. I would suggest, until Stephen is available (and that should be soon - he works full time, but seems to be around every few evenings at the least) that you contact Kagi with your sales receipt and other info and see if it’s a problem on their end. If not, Stephen should be around to answer your question soon.
thanks, I hope, he is coming soon, I cannot expect to make a good great Terrain with WM, and thats the base for a good render.
