Error: Tile size is not as expected in MergeUnit

Your bug report should include:

  1. What happened
    I export a tiled map with 4x4 tiles on 2816 pixels
    The terrain is setup to be 11x9 km wide
    Target resolution is 11264 x 9216

3 outputs get merged correctly into one file.
A lot of others don’t.

I have removed all devices that might have problems with tiled-builds. My entire file has no RED devices (also in macros). But somehow it seems to fail.

I always get this error:

Error during build: The tile merging process failed while merging. You may have run out of memory, or merge mode was specified with types that do not support one-file-merge.

Last run i also got this:

  1. Does it happen consistently, or randomly?
    Always happens

  2. The steps to reproduce it. Include a screenshot or world file if possible
    Open the TMD, run tiled build wait for it to complete
