Feature Request: Mesh Warp/Lattice Deformation

I don’t know if you guys have ever used this tool in a Paint program but in Corel Paintshop pro it’s called ‘Mesh Warp’ and looks like this:

This could be useful for not just flat warping, but deformation along all three axes. Sounds useful indeed!
