File Input File Output

That should be easy, but for me, i is not. I remember getting this done years ago, when I used WM, but now I’m using it anew, I am stuck. Can someone please help?
File Input -> Load -> OK
Nothing
Why is my bitmap not generated? What am I not doing right?

Hi!

  1. If it is an RGB texture, Check “interpret as RGB” in the file input properties.
  2. If it’s an RGB heightmap, make sure it’s compatible with world machine.
  3. If it’s a regular heightmap compatible with WM, Try to hook it to an overlay device, and then build.
  4. If it still does not work, tell us what file format are you trying to input. Also, provide a screenshot of your problem (A picture is worth a thousand words!).

I tried what you said - didn’t work.
However, a .png format worked. Seems I’m going to be using .png until I can figure out the problem with the .bmp.
