I just downloaded some devices from various websites and I having trouble getting them to work, meaning that they are not showing in the macro library.
Is there any way I can fix the problem?

Did you put them in the right macro folder?
I think the macro folder has moved to Documents and Settings/… I guess you’ll have to put them there. (I don’t have WM2.1 so I can’t test this)
