Does anyone know of a place that I could download specific sections of Lake Powell, Arizona/Utah… DEM Data?

Best resource I’m aware of is http://seamless.usgs.gov/ Full US coverage at 10m and partial coverage at 3m (very limited). You can also try http://www.mapmart.com/ - you can download up to 10 10m quads at a time for free.
