MacOS sub-window do not possible to close with Command+W

For some reason old little sub-windows for configuration on Mac opens at fullscreen

Also they are not possible to close with Mac Command+W shortcut - you need to close them manually

But in most MacOS apps Command+W is made to close sub-window of main window

hmm - Do you have a repro step for causing this to happen? I have not encountered this in my testing on macos, but there is some considerable variation in models…

MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2
Mac Air M5, 13,6 diagonal (do not know is that info needed)

My steps:

I’m also running tahoe, but not the 26.6.2 version. I will update and see if that causes the regression.

please say if short cut for fullscreen works for you after update
i still do not understand why my shortcut do not work

I just discovered the critical repro step here: I can make this happen if WM is running fullscreen; in a window, it behaves mostly as intended.

There are a couple other weird things with the popup behavior that I also had to custom fix on linux; I will move the mac branch onto the same fix as linux has to resolve this.

I have also fixed the command+w issue.
