Hi,

Is the support e-mail address ‘support@world-machine.com’ still being maintained or should support requests go through the forums?

Hi there,

There’s three different ways to get support:

  1. Forums. This is the preferred method of solving problems where the answer might benefit others; so anything about program functioning, confused about how something works, etc should go here.

  2. The World Machine Helpdesk is available for more private questions such as registration lookups, ordering issues, etc.

  3. The support@world-machine.com address is still checked and (eventually :stuck_out_tongue: ) responded to, but there is more of a lag in answers if your question goes here.

Basically, if your question could help others, or might be able to be answered by others, try the forums! It helps all of us out.
