Tile texture output "ripped"

I’ve got a world with 100x100 tiles set up. If I export the texture as a single file, it looks fine. But when I do a tiled output, many of the tiles are “ripped”. I’ve attached some examples of what I mean, along with the actual world file.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
