Tiled build differs from standard

I ve made 16k standard build and everything OK. In 32k tiled build there is issue in places, where I was merging heightmap loaded via file input into main one in height matching mode via chooser (height is wrong, place looks totally differently). Alfa blended mode seems OK.

Only device with warning about tiled build compatibility is create water+flow restructure, it is after these heigt map merges and it works OK.

Any suggestion? I target for 64k build, without solving it this is show stopper.
