I just tried printing out some of the help pages. But all the graphics came out blank?

Does this problem also occur in other webpages or just this help section?
if you print this web-page you are reading (the first page only should do) can you see WorldMachine’s logo on the top left?
When you say “graphics” you are talking about images, right?
What browser do you have?
Did anyone else ever had a similar problem?
- It may be a problem with your printer drivers or something like that. My printer behaves as expected of a printer, and prints the images normally, so I don’t have a clue of what it is…
- It could also be due to settings on the printer’s dialog window… Some printers have the option to print or not graphics, and at which quality…
I can suggest some crazy idea for trying to workaround it if you can’t put it to work and really want to print everything:
- You can try selecting all text and grahics (Ctrl+A) in your browser, copy it, and paste it in Word, or FrontPage, or any other html editing program… And then use the printing facilities of that program.
If the problem persists it should be located between the printer driver and the printer it self.
