Here’s my problem I cant figure out why it’s doing this.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.Even to a different hard drive still the same.Any help would be appreciated.

-What screen resolution are you working in? is it under 800x600?
-What happens if you grab that toolbar (dragging the tiny white-grey vertical lines on the left of the toolbar) and move it elsewhere? Does the button bar refresh and everything comes to normality?
-Do you have any different font size setting in Windows? (in “Control Panel > Display Properties > General > DPI Settings” )
Is that StyleXP?
If yes, then that might be the problem.
Thats what it was Style Xp was causing the problem.
Changed it to a different style and works great!
