World Machine to Vue - Height Scale Issues

Hey everyone,

I’m new to the community, so I might be asking some really common question, but I couldn’t find anything in the FAQ about the specific problems I have.

I’m trying to export a tiled landscape from WM to Vue.
Now, the tutorials are fairly straight forward, but they don’t seem to run into the problems I run into.

I’ve exported them both as 16-bit TIFF’s as well as pov-ray style TGA’s.
The height scaling in WM is the default 2526m.
When I try to import these into Vue I get an extremely flattened landscape with only a few meters of height difference.
Manually scaling them to about 40 times seems to do the trick, but this seems a bit arbitrary.

Does anyone have any experience to get Vue to use the same heights as WM creates ?
