Hi all,
I’m working on a job at the moment that would require an animated terrain, is there a way to get this working from within World Machine? Basically im looking to load a frame sequence in and output a processed sequence. I haven’t been able to find anything on the forums so I have a feeling this isn’t possible.
Any ideas?

Seeing that no one has replied, I don’t think this is supported out of the box. I would suggest you take certain stages and blend between maps in a compositing program like After Effects, then use the image sequence in a 3D program to show the displacement map/height map change over time…So mountains rise up, then erosion widdles them down. make sense?

You could try processing each frame individually. But if you need to erode, etc, then it is unlikely that the results will consistent between frames.
