How do I reach helpdesk?

I been having trouble activating my license on my pc after already being recognized on the pc prior to this issue. I have a seat that I need to deactivate and request a new lisence key to a new email.

How do I reach a member of staff.
I hope this an appropriate place to leave a question, or else I don’t know what to do.
