I downloaded the upgrade version of WM 1.0 Standard from the WM website, but when I fire it up it doesn’t look like the version previewed here, i.e. it still has the old 8 bit icons, etc. Am I missing something?
Second issue-- I can’t find my reg code. I emailed both kagi and Stephen in hopes of getting it again. I assumed that the upgrade install would see the reg code already entered. D’oh! So now I’m dead in the water for the moment. But I’m still wondering why the upgrade version looks just like my old v0.99.
Make sure you are not double clicking on the old shortcut.
Also, if you opened the older version last, when you double-click a *.tmd file that is going to be the version that will open again. So make sure the last version you executed is v1.0 to open *.tmd files by double-clicking on them.

Thanks-- I WAS using the old shortcut-- now I see that the executable’s name changed. If only the .ini file name had changed too! I overwrote it, so I’m hoping that Stephen or kagi.com send me my reg code again. The new interface looks nice-- to bad I can’t use it yet!
Hey Stephen, if you read this-- why not have the installer check the existing .ini file for a reg code and install it if present, or terminate if not? That would make the upgrade much more seamless.
