“Vary placement” is essentially the same as setting a new seed.
while usage those sliders more looks like intensity parameters - for example if you will use placement on 0.1 - it will have little shift of tiles - it may give you result that looks like seed changing - but generally it is works like intensity slider
also Scattering have same sliders for placement, rotation, scale
but for some reason Scattering also have separate seed window - which Tiling not have
i’m curious by this logic
