Hi, I’d like to create a circular shape using the Shape Layout and have it large 1.2km, I can’t seem to find any setting where I can specify the radius of the circle shape, could someone please help me achieve this?

I think you’re right, you can’t specify the dimensions, which surprised me. If I were you I would change the size of the terrain to 1.2km temporarily and scale your circle to that. Do this in Project Settings > World Dimensions > Width / Breadth.
That is indeed not possible, however, I suggest using the Radial Gradient device, which does allow you to set a specific radius, and then change its origin to your liking. Changing its origin is possible in the Layout View.
