Weird rasterization issues with extended overlay

Does anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong that causes the artifacts in the attached image? It looks like printed rasterization. Using an original DTM, a pretty standard erosion module and the extended overlay. Rendering at 4096x4096.

Take a look at just your original source terrain; that is, click on the file input and inspect just that in the 3D view. What do you see? Does it also have the artifacts?
