wilbur .ter files as input

i tried importing a .ter file into wilbur, to edit it a bit before it goes into WM input.

Problem is, everything is below sea level. If I raise the offset to the correct level, when I use it in WM everything is way above sea level, including underwater areas.

what can I do?

also: 16 povray .tgas from WM don’t open in wilbur, for some reason.

Also, is it just my machine, or does wilbur sometimes behave funny – i.e., brushes get ‘stuck’ and if you try to select something else, it just paints something of the screen, until you minimize and maximize the program? Undos don’t always work either.

Wilbur can be a bit wonky. It’s basically a hobby program, developed in the spare time of the programmer. But quite capable and fairly nice, especially for free.

WM’s .ter export has had problems with other apps for quite some time. The height offset is not specified correctly, I believe. Matt explained it to another dev in a recent email, I’ll quote that here in case it’s of use:
