Anyone know how to import World Machine terrains to CryEngine 3 and still get some decent details in the terrain?
I have managed to import some terrains, but they don’t look to good. I can see that the grid in CryEngine have lots of more polygons it can use. I just don’t understand why it doesn’t use them.

This video series is actually what prompted me to purchase a standard version of world machine last night, and starts off showing what the artist who created the videos can do with worldmachine and cryengine 3

I understand it’s not possible to use normal map for terrains in CryEngine and not possible to get the full details with imported terrain, but the things he does really help giving the terrain an extra touch and a lot more interesting.
